Roast Maestro tuned this blend specifically for cold extraction, intensity 6 out of 13. The roast is gentler so the cold cup stays smooth and chocolate-forward instead of going sour. It works in Nespresso Original-line machines and Roast Maestro's own machines.
Fill a tall glass with ice, place the glass under the spout, and brew the capsule straight onto the ice (espresso or lungo, your call). Top with cold milk or oat milk if you want an iced latte, or stir in a little simple syrup for an iced sweetened version. The capsule doesn't need a separate cold-brew machine.
Real cold brew is a faff. This isn't, but it gives you the same end result, a smooth iced cup that doesn't taste like watered-down hot coffee. Egypt's summers earn this one a permanent spot in the fridge.
