What are the best espresso beans?
Pick by taste. Blends with some Robusta, common in Italian espresso, give more body and crema and hold up well in milk drinks. 100% Arabica tastes softer and more aromatic. If you're unsure, try a 250 g bag of a blend before you commit to a full kilo.
