Original Jura 2-phase cleaning tablets, 6 per pack. The tablets dissolve in two stages — the first dissolves coffee oils in the brewing unit, the second rinses everything clean. Run a cleaning cycle when the machine prompts you, typically every couple of hundred shots, and the flavour stays consistent.
