Mehmet Efendi has been grinding coffee for Turkish pots since 1871. This 500g can holds their signature medium roast, ultra-fine ground coffee, ready for traditional preparation. It's designed to deliver that rich, unmistakable taste you expect from a real Turkish coffee.
For three cups, add three teaspoons of ground coffee to 180ml of freshly heated water in your cezve. Stir constantly over heat until the coffee dissolves, then stop stirring. Continue heating until the surface froths, then remove it just before it boils. Let it settle for a moment, then pour and enjoy.
