The cup leans into roasted hazelnut and dark chocolate with a smooth, low-acid body and a long, gently bitter finish. Crema is dense and caramel-toned. Pull it as a straight shot, fold it into a cortado, or build a cappuccino on it; the structure holds up well to milk.
