Roast Maestro Espresso Premium Whole Beans 250g, an Italian-style espresso roast from Saudi Arabia's specialty scene. Lower-temperature roasting keeps the bean's actual flavour intact, so the cup tastes like coffee, not like burnt sugar.
Roast Maestro's house espresso, a 100% Arabica blend roasted in Yanbu. The roast sits between medium and dark, leaning into the classic Italian espresso profile while keeping enough origin character that you can taste the farms behind it. The 250g bag is sized for a fortnight of daily shots at home or a week of heavy use.
Grind fresh, just before pulling. For espresso, aim for around 18g in, 36g out, in roughly 27 to 30 seconds. The roast handles milk well, so it's just as happy in cappuccino, flat white or a Saudi-style spiced coffee at home. Store the bag sealed, somewhere dark and cool.
It's a confident, clean espresso roast that doesn't punish you for grinding slightly off. Good for the home barista who's still dialing in their machine, and forgiving in milk drinks too.
