How to prepare matcha:

Ingredients:
- Matcha powder
- Hot water (for best results, water is preferably at a temperature between 70 and 85 degrees Celsius)

Tools:

- Bowl or bowl for preparation
- Matcha whisk (chasu)
- Strainer (optional)
- Serving cup

How to prepare :

1. Heat the water to a temperature between 70 and 85 degrees Celsius. You can use an electric kettle or a pot on the stove.

2. Place the matcha powder in the bowl or bowl.

3. Slowly add hot water to the powder in the bowl. You can use as much water as you prefer, but generally use about 1.5-2 teaspoons of matcha powder per 60ml of water.

5. After you get a thick foam, pour the matcha into the cup using a strainer if you want to get rid of some small lumps. Otherwise, you can pour it directly into the cup.

7. It is preferable to eat matcha immediately after preparing it to enjoy the best taste and flavour.

Number of times of daily use:
You can start by drinking one cup a day, half an hour before the meal, and as the body gets used to matcha, you can drink two cups a day.
