Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia, from volcanic soils at an altitude of 1900 meters. The coffee beans are hand-harvested and dried under the African sun, resulting in a delicate yet adventurous coffee, bursting with citrus aromas such as orange and bergamot, with an uplifting, spicy aftertaste.
