Alpro Barista Almond is the carton you see lined up behind specialty cafe bars for a reason. Alpro tuned this recipe specifically for steam wands, with a higher protein and stabiliser balance than their standard almond milk so it foams cleanly without splitting.
Steamed, it produces tight, glossy microfoam that pours latte art and holds its shape. The taste in coffee stays clean and lightly nutty without the chalkiness that lower-spec almond milks bring. Shake well, steam to about 60 to 65 degrees, and pour.
