Caffe Vergnano has been roasting in Turin since 1882, and the Riserva Torino line is the family's tribute to its home city. Nobile is the more refined of the two, a 100% Arabica blend selected from Central American and East African origins.
The cup is elegant and aromatic with notes of dark honey, toasted almond, and a lingering cocoa finish. Body is medium and silky, acidity is bright but composed, and the crema settles into a hazelnut ring. Built for espresso but generous enough to carry a cappuccino without disappearing.
