Overview

The Lightning Needle Distributor Pro is MHW-3Bomber's take on the WDT (Weiss Distribution Technique) tool. Fine needles stir through the grounds in the portafilter to break up clumps and level the bed before tamping, which evens out extraction shot to shot. The telescopic body retracts to protect the needles, a push-button extends them with a spring-loaded click, and two depth levels with scale lines let you set exactly how deep the needles ride. A magnetic base parks it on any metal surface between shots.

How to use

Click the needles out, stir through the grounds in light circular passes from the outside in, level the bed, then retract the needles and park the tool on its magnet. Mind the tips, they're sharp; keep it away from children.
