Najjar Gold with Cardamom brings that familiar Lebanese coffee shop aroma straight to your kitchen. It's a medium roast, ground extra fine, made for brewing in an ibrik or cezve. The cardamom isn't shy here, but it balances the coffee well, making a rich, fragrant cup.
For Turkish coffee, measure one heaped teaspoon per cup into an ibrik (cezve). Add cold water and sugar to taste. Stir, then heat slowly until it foams, pulling it off the heat just before it boils. Serve without filtering.
