Bristot has been roasting from the Italian Dolomites since 1919, and the 100% Arabica line is its postcard. Cool mountain air, slow drum roasting, and beans selected from Central and South America give this blend its quietly elegant signature.
The cup leans into milk chocolate, almond, and a soft red-fruit acidity, with a medium body and a clean, sweet finish. The grind is set for espresso machines, but it also performs well in moka pots if you tamp lightly. Crema sits thick and golden.
