This is the genuine De'Longhi cold-milk carafe for the Eletta Explore range, part number DLSC030 (also catalogued as AS00005735). It's the white-collared one used for the cold-drink menu on ECAM450 and ECAM452 series, including the Cold Brew model. It plugs into the same front bay as the hot carafe, so you can swap between hot and cold service in seconds.
Fill with cold whole milk to the MAX line, click into the Eletta Explore's front milk bay, and pick a cold-milk recipe like iced cappuccino or cold cappuccino mix. Run the cold-clean cycle after each session and keep the carafe in the fridge so you're ready to roll the next morning.
